The 70s trend is one I'm most excited about this season and I'm starting to see it trickle into the high street slowly but surely. At the top of my list is a good pair of flared jeans. I live in jeans at the weekend and these will provide welcome relief from my skinnies and a sleeker shape than my boyfriends.
These ASOS jeans are great because they bring flares into the 21st century and aren't too 'fancy dress'. I'd pair these with a shearling jacket and big fedora.

Oooh I love these! I grew up a bootcut child, and remember shuddering in horror at the thought of encasing my borderline-sausage legs in a pair of skinnies. Nowadays I can't imagine anything but. These are beauts though, and may just tempt me back to the wider ankle side. x
