Lust of the week: Carvela cut out heels
I saw these Carvela beauties in Kurt Geiger last week and instantly added to them to my mental lust list. A black stiletto is classic, but the unusual shape to this shoe gives it a bit of edge, and I love the flash of neon on the sole!
London bloggers meet-up
Hey lovely bloggers!
You may have seen me mention on Twitter that I'm organising a meet up at the end of November (with the help of the lovely Banké).
It won't be anything extravagant, just a lunch in London on Saturday 30th November where we can all get to know each other beyond the realms of the internet and talk about clothes and makeup :)
I haven't picked a place yet (suggestions welcome!) because I want an idea of numbers first and then I can get booking. So let me know in the comments below if you'd like to come and leave me your email address so I can send you all the details that way.
Looking forward to meeting you!

Outfit: blue knit, striped pants and ankle boots
Jumper: H&M
Trousers: H&M
Boots: Kurt Geiger
Backpack: ASOS
A casual Autumn look for walking around Hampstead Village last weekend - I went for a thin blue knit and blue and white striped pants, finished off with a backpack and ankle boots. Hampstead is so pretty - full of cobbled streets, little cafes and pubs, and shops to die for (I probably spent a bit too long staring longingly into the window of Sandro...one day!)
Outfit: Gold skirt and chunky knit
Jumper: Zara
Necklace: New Look
Dress: Zara
Flats: Zara
Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend - I went to see Jake Bugg at Brixton Academy on Friday and he was unbelievable; if you're a fan, definitely try and see him live!
Yesterday was spent wandering around Hampstead Village to blow away the cobwebs, stopping off in little cafes and winding down the afternoon in The Flask.
Today's outfit is a bit Zara-heavy (as is my wardrobe!) I love this dress - I've had it for a couple of years but normally save it for the evenings;this time round I've dressed it down with with a chunky knit and flats. The umbrella isn't a hot new accessory - unfortunately it rains a lot in Britain and it has to be worked around!
Lust of the week: & Other Stories embroidered sleeveless dress
I've just realised that my last post was a 'lust of the week' which means I haven't blogged in a week...woops! A combination of bad weather and illness has meant I haven't been able to go out and take outfit pics but hopefully that will resume this weekend!
Back to the topic in hand...a bit of eye candy for you today in the form of this week's lust of the week which comes from the beautiful store that is & Other Stories. This structured embroidered dress is a nod to Mary Katrantzou and the jade green colour is delicious. Want!
In other news, I found out yesterday that I have become part of Access All ASOS! Followers of my blog will know that a hefty chunk of my wardrobe is comprised of ASOS so this is really exciting. Basically, I'll be an 'ASOS insider' and of course will share all the deets on the blog.
Lust of the week: ASOS oversized wrap front coat
Give me anything oversized and I'm sold...I love this coat from ASOS; the colour is everything you want from a winter coat and the simple mannish cut is effortlessly chic. Another one to add to my (ever-growing) lust list!

Outfit: leather jacket, shirt and quilted skirt
Shirt: Deep vintage
Leather jacket: Topshop
Gold chain: Whistles
Skirt: Zara
Ring: Lola Rose
Boots: Carvela
Backpack: ASOS
Happy Monday everyone! London has suddenly gotten really cold but I'm actually really glad to get my autumn wardrobe out. I bought this Zara skirt a couple of weeks ago...how cute is it? It's got a great quilted texture and it's really flippy and girly so I decided to toughen it up with boots, a leather jacket and backpack.
Outfit: collared top and pleated midi skirt
Dress (worn as top): Topshop
Necklace: H&M
Skirt: Vintage
Heels: Asos
Last week, Adam and I went to Dusty Fingers, a monthly vintage market in Hackney. I picked up this skirt for £4 (£4!) - it was one of those stalls where the clothes are priced by weight and luckily this is really light so it ended up being an absolute steal.
Outfit: Black jumper and leather asymmetric skirt
Jumper: Zara
Skirt: Topshop
Flats: Zara
Apologies for the low quality of these photos - we're starting to get to that time of year when there are only a few precious hours in the day with good light to take photos!
I bought this jumper (£15.99...helloooo bargain) and skirt last week and they're proving to be wardrobe staples already. I love pretty much anything leather (real or otherwise) at the moment so I just had to snap up this asymmetric skirt in Topshop, it's so cute!
Lust of the week: Zara checked top and trousers
This week I'm lusting after a matching set of checked top and trousers from Zara. The print is quite minimal but also seems to be bold at the same time...if a print can be both things at once! I saw this set in the flesh the other day and it looks just as good as it does on the model. The boxy shape of the top and ankle-grazer length of the trousers are perfect and the exposed zips give it that extra bit of detail.
Wishlist: New Look lingerie
All New Look*
I don't think it's a secret that I love clothes but just as important is what goes underneath. I love lacy underwear - it's feels so feminine and luxe, and nothing beats that feeling of well-fitted pretty lingerie.
This tends to come at a price though (boooo), which is why I was so surprised that New Look are offering beautiful underwear at such affordable prices. That burgundy bra for £8.00? Yes please!
