With party season coming up, any new additions to my wardrobe are starting to become ever so slightly jazzier. Emphasis on the slightly - by jazzier I mean a hint of matte gold instead of my usual black, or simple pieces updated in jewel tones; party wear doesn't have to mean an abundance of sequins and faux fur.
This jacket is perfect for me at this time of year; it's the kind of piece that can be dressed up or down, and will instantly turn the ubiquitous LBD into something spectacular. Plus, the kimono style will score you some serious style points.
