This was my third and final look from LFW this season, and as I write this I'm just about getting over six weeks' worth of fashion week fatigue. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love going to all of the shows and doing that as part of my job is a dream, but I am looking forward to a couple of lazy weekends at home in my pyjamas.
For this outfit I went with fail-safe all black, adding in a pop of colour with this dull gold top from COS. Layering was another key factor to keep the cold (and wind) at bay, so I wore a simple roll neck top underneath, and finished off the look with this dramatic oversized kimono jacket from ASOS.

For the second day of London Fashion Week I opted for quite a casual look. Friday was a really busy day for me so on Saturday I wanted comfort - hence the pyjama shirt I picked up from the Ganni outlet in Copenhagen a couple of weeks ago. Obviously, I didn't want to completely look like I'd just rolled out of bed, so a roll neck top layered underneath and blazer on top made it a bit more acceptable for the outside world.

I'm currently in the middle of London Fashion Week, going from show to show and writing up reports for Coggles. It's a busy one, as ever, but even the rain hasn't been able to dampen the incredible shows we've seen, champagne we've drunk and new restaurants we've sampled.
This was my outfit for day one - our busiest day by far (a good 10 hours of back-to-back shows, events and presentations), so I wanted to be warm and comfortable. Loose layers in the form of these incredible COS trousers, a kimono jacket and thick knitwear were the answer, with block mid-heels for walking the city's streets in.

This outfit is a bit of a revelation for me, mainly because pink (or salmon?) is such a departure from my usual colour palette. I picked this top up in the COS sale when I was in Copenhagen, walking past it a few times on the rail before finally committing to trying it on - and I'm so glad I did. I love the boxy shape and that slight waterfall, drapey effect it has at the front, while the long back gives it an interesting silhouette.
I'm off to London Fashion Week tomorrow so I'm currently trying to finalise my outfits - trying to strike the balance between being stylish, warm and comfortable. Follow me on Instagram to see if I manage to pull it off!
Interior: Simple Grey and White Home
At the beginning of January, my boyfriend Adam and I moved into our new little house in Manchester. We're renting but it was completely unfurnished and fortunately our landlord gave us free reign with decorating so we painted the whole place white (except the bedroom, which is light grey) and for the past six weeks we've been going on endless trips to IKEA and filling the place.
I'd had my eye on the grey Tubby sofa and Hooper coffee table from Made.com for a while, so they were the first purchases we made, along with the geometric grey and mustard cushions. We then filled the rest of the room with dark grey curtains, a simple rug and lamp and rattan armchair from IKEA (made cosy with a sheepskin rug thrown over the top).
One of my favourite features of the room is the fireplace; its tiles conveniently go nicely with the grey sofa, it's the perfect resting place for my simple white vase, Broste bowl and SKANDINAVISK Hygge candle, plus it's been perfect for cold winter nights in.
