Lust of the Week: Missguided Suede Bodycon Dress
Suede is one of - if not the - fabric of the season. Not surprising, given the 70s is this year's biggest trend, but it's also refreshing seeing it used in more minimalist clothing too. This Missguided dress is one of those pieces that could easily become a wardrobe staple, dressing it either up or down depending on the occasion.

Hi, my name's Angharad and I'm a shopaholic. Shock, right? My wardrobe has reached the point where it groans under the weight of clothes and I've had to source another wardrobe just to house my coats and jackets. So I'm trying to steer clear of all shops and use what I've already got, which means it's time to get creative (this will probably last about five minutes but it's fun for now).
It's that time of year when I start to get sick of wearing coats and jackets, but they're still completely necessary. The answer? Turning my trusty black duster into a dress by wrapping it around and fixing in place with a belt. Not only does this give new life to one of my wardrobe staples, but it conveniently fits in nicely with the whole kimono/obi belt this spring/summer. A few months ago I left my life in London for a new one back up North, and while moving was a bit of a ball ache, it was also a chance to create a new space and put all of my hours spent on Pinterest to good use. I got rid of a load of stuff - the local charity shop did very well that week - in an attempt to streamline my possessions and realise my dream of being uber-cool and minimalist (just don't mention the overflowing wardrobe and piles of shoes...), and while that may not quite be the case, I'm happy with the new space I call home.
I live in an old Victorian house which means I get this beauty of a fireplace in my bedroom. It doesn't function anymore and for some reason is full of stones (I'm telling myself it's all part of the charm) but I love it all the same and have added a few bits to make it more style feature, less falling-apart-old-fireplace.
First off, I've got my London print because I love that city and it's nice to bring a piece of it back with me. The frame got a bit scratched in the move (more rustic charm?!) but it'll do for now.
Second: evidence of my obsession of bowls. I don't know how many Sophie Conran x Portmeirion bowls I have lying around, purely for decorative purposes. These two are from Broste Copenhagen and Moth, a gorgeous little shop in West Didsbury, Manchester, that sells homeware bits, jewellery and accessories.
And finally, candles and fresh white roses because they look pretty and smell nice.
Lust of the week: ASOS Co-ord with Pom Poms
Next month I'm popping over to Greece (cue panic workouts and bread banishing) and I'm not ashamed to say that most of my spare time is taken up with holiday wardrobe planning. On one of my virtual window shopping trips, I came across this co-ord from ASOS and fell in love. I love how light and simple it is - it'll be perfect for throwing on over a bikini or wearing during the day to explore the local towns and villages.

Last weekend I popped into H&M and was so impressed with what was on offer; in the past couple of years I feel like it's really upped its game, but this season more so than usual. Normally I go in and maybe see two or three things I like but this time I'd say there were a good nine or ten things I would have happily walked out with. And this was in the Liverpool store which isn't exactly huge. Snaps for H&M!
Anyway, I managed to control myself and only went for this dress. It's rare that I find a maxi dress that can be worn with flats (or is this supposed to be midi?!), and I love that this one adds a bit of glamour into everyday clothing.
